To save me digging around for my documents, what was the interest rate in July 2004 please? My mortgage deal is up in July this year and I am expecting quite a shock.
Shop around, Paul. According to Martin Lewis at moneysavingexpert.com there are some hot mortgage deals around in spite of recent rate rises.
