    Ballytrim

A good horse, just talking from a value point of view. Once raced, not sure what he beat, 4/1? Nahhh

Kauto Star will hack up against these rivals! Racing Demon on the other hand.

    Kauto Star without question.

The worst value price overall is Celestial Gold however.

Have to agree about Kauto Star, just can't warm to the horse at all.
Still has to do it on the track when it matters for me.

Also not sure about Mister Hight either, needs to jump better and didn't like his head carriage last time.
Can't see him beating Afsoun or the winner (u know the one in the Rooster Booster colours).

Paul Nicholls has said on his ATR website piece that Blue Business will win the National Hunt chase, can't see him beating Dunn Doire myself.

Don't like Our Ben much either, doesn't win often enough and has yet to prove conclusively that he stays the trip even though it looks like he is crying out for it.

Kauto Star aswell, very hard to back not knowing he will take to Prestbury park at such a short price.

I am simply amazed with the Our Ben affair.
Maybe Darkness is injured because if he is not, he will have Our Ben for breakfast.

When the money continues to come for a horse like Our Ben from a stable like Willie Mullins.....surely its as clear as crystal connections are delighted with him and expecting big things in a few weeks. Given their record in the race it's worth respecting.

darkness. will not get round under pressure of a good, top-class pace. Nick Dundee all over again.

Mister Hight, Darkness, Beef or Salmon, Sweet Wake and one more.... oh probably Kauto star... and Nick Dundee too.... Yes my money was sunk that as well
Don't be so gloomy. After all it's not that awful. Like the fella says, in Italy for 30 years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, and the Renaissance. In Switzerland they had brotherly love - they had 500 years of democracy and peace, and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock. So long Holly. _ Harry Limes

Nick Dundee - was cantering all over a Gold Cup winner, one of the most underated horses of recent years.

Macs Joy was cantering all over Brave Inca 1 out in his last and everybody knows what happened.

    Yes everybody knows what happened.

But no one knows what would have happened if Nick Dundee had stood up. That's the frustrating part.

If that was so, we'd have seen the plunge for Our Ben BEFORE he was tipped up by the Prophet Prisewise himself.

Though I would have thought The Listener, Church Island and Halcon Genelardais would have better chances than Our Ben. Not disgraced on quicker ground and have undulating course form. Not to mention consistant high level form and first class festival trainers. Darkness is pretty good as well.

I qive my vote to Our Ben in this thread.
