Pop-ups

Sorry to return to a frequent topic- I have read the others already posted.

I have been getting pop-ups when switching pages on Internet Explorer since mid -October.I have Norton Anti Virus, a free version of Ad-Aware, and the Mcafee Stinger(again free). I also use BT Yahoo Broadband and a BT Voyager Wireless Network system.The latter has a pretty good Firewall system-good enough not to allow me to play poker online.

The problem seems to have got worse today as I have begun to get pop-ups even when I am not on the net!!!!

I get a clean bill of health from NAV and from Stinger, but Ad-aware only works to clear and the problem returns immediately I use Internet Explorer.

I believe that I have identified the rogues but the method of using search and then trying to delete does not work as I am told that they are write protected.

I've listed the two files as identified by Ad-Aware below and would be very grateful if someone could advise a) if I should delete them, and b)how I can delete them?
