Overcoming my disappointment that this is not an erotic trivia quiz, the answer is as follows (and is solved in the first two parts).

In Treasure Island 1950, The character of Dr Livesy was played by Irish actor, Denis O Dea. (Dr Livesy was also the narrator of several of the original books chapters).

Denis O Dea went on marry Siobhan Mc Kenna, famous Irish stage actress (Jesus' mother in The Greatest Story Ever Told?) who played Anna Gromyko, mother of Dr Z's wife Tonya (Tonyer) in David Leans 1965 bollocksology.

Denis and Siobhan procreated and their son Donnacha O Dea (Olympic swimmer 1968) went on to become a bookie and ultimately one of Irelands most successful poker players.

The Cincinnitti Kid is obviously a movie about a poker player played by Steve McQueen, although the best part of a good film is the presence of a young Tuesday Weld.
"And still they gazed and still the wonder grew. That one small head could carry all he knew.

And that small head knew that Impaire Et Passe would win the Champion Hurdle."

    I am impressed.

I would get rid of the words "one of", though, and put Donnacha as Ireland's most successful poker player. he is the winner of a World series of Poker bracelet and, despite having ignored tournaments for many years, preferring to build a career as a high stakes cash game player, recently has been spending a bit more time on the tournament circuit. In July he won the televised Poker Million Masters tournament, beating the Devilfish in a brilliant head-to-head final.

I hear that his son Eoghan is now setting about following Dad's career successfully.
