    Posting A Table

I use this small programme to put data into a readable form.
    http://theenemy.dk/table/

For example, this is my table for the 2:30 Leicester.
    .. 2.30 Leicester
    No. Name Rating Fair Odds/1
    1 Dora Penny 45.00 5.18
    8 Prayer Matt 42.00 5.59
    2 Diligently Done 39.00 6.09
    6 Bondi Girl (IRE) 39.00 6.09
    3 Sweet Glance 37.00 6.47
    7 Rogue Storm (IRE) 30.00 8.28
    5 Lunasa (IRE) 9.00 51.75
    4 Truganini (IRE) 6.00 207.00
I'll tip my hat to the new constitution
Take a bow for the new revolution

    Thanks for the info.

Slightly off topic but, in that particular table, shouldn't the final heading be just 'Fair Odds'? If the figures are 'Fair Odds/1' you are compiling a book of 85%. If you deduct 1.0 from each odds figure shown (eg 4.18/1 on line one), it produces 100%.
The older I get the better I was.

You've got me thinking now, maths isn't my strong point.

This is the complete table with the final column being the minimum exchange odds that I would take.

No. Name Rating Fair Odds/1 Exchange
    1 Dora Penny 45.00 5.18 7.10
    8 Prayer Matt 42.00 5.59 7.58
    2 Diligently Done 39.00 6.09 8.15
    6 Bondi Girl (IRE) 39.00 6.09 8.15
    3 Sweet Glance 37.00 6.47 8.59
    7 Rogue Storm (IRE) 30.00 8.28 10.67
    5 Lunasa (IRE) 9.00 51.75 60.66
    4 Truganini (IRE) 6.00 207.00 239.20

I've no idea how you assess a 'fair' price. I was just assuming that it was based on a 100% book.

Thanks for sharing this, the results are not necessarily the prettiest, but this app has saved me a great deal of messing around trying to get the TTF results posted onto the forum.
