Yes, some halfwits appear to be backing him.

I've not heard anything, but he's blue on Oddschecker and as short as 20's with Ladbrokes/Coral.

Some people say he’s the best since Arkle and that’s certainly true when you look at what he’s done

He wasn't blue when I checked just after reading your post.

Sometimes I wonder about that site.

Definitely 20/1 with Magic Sign, and was definitely blue earlier.

You can keep your Tommy Oscar's and My Mate Mozzies EW bets as far as I am concerned.

The problem they have is all 3 main contenders Honeysuckle, Sharjah and Epatante have been in excellent form this season
If by any chance Appreicate It turns up your EW bet for want of a better phrase would be well and truly fu*cked

The site gets worse and worse every year. It's a shadow of what it used to be.

A bit harsh and perhaps missing the main point of the Tommy's Oscar scenario, Tan.

DO put him up as the first longshot of the 2022 long shot thread and Tommys odds have contracted from 100/1 to 25/1 and we are six weeks until racetime.

It was/is an excellent advertisment for this forum and some of the left field, outside-the-box thinking that many people find interesting and view the forum for.

DO and maybe one or two others have 100s so why not just let him enjoy the build up and the race etc.

I remember when I took 100s about Champagne West for the Gold Cup before he won the Thyestes Chase in Ireland. He was badly outclassed in the Gold Cup but the thought of taking 100/1 about a horse that started 14/1 was a pleasant thought.

DO is in a nice position with Tommy's Oscar.

My post wasn't aimed at anyone in particular but as you bring up Tommy's Oscar and Do

You're about as smart as him

Fu*kc me he put up a horse Global Citizen spouting shtye about his mark who hasn't won since Noah went fishing and you're there agreeing with him all because he finished 2nd to Tommy Oscar

His form is Pu Pu Pu lost by 28l lost by 8 1/2 lengths lost by 64 lengths lost 5 lengths and he says he's all over it.

If that's a boost to Tommy Oscar I'm Phil Bull in a China shop

Right now his 100/1 that he never at anytime said he bet is worth nothing because there's nowhere to lay the horse off for any more than 20 quid.

What's the gen on Appreciate It?

He hasn't been out this season so far but the more I look at the form the more I think he's the one horse likely to serve it up to Honeysuckle.

7/1 NRNB might end up looking a bit of a steal. If the Supreme form can be taken at face value he's a 170+ horse as a novice and likely to be better again this season. Could he be a 180 hurdler? When was the last time we had one of them?

And why wasn't he sent chasing this season? Could it be they knew he had the winning of the Champion Hurdle?

And if isn't as good as he looked he probably won't run.

Just thinking out loud for now...

I think he's 7/1 to make the Festival, tbh.

Was watching Ruby the other day on that Road to Cheltenham and when Apprecoate It was mentioned he didn't sound very enthusiastic about him making it at all.

Plus earlier in the season Willie Mullins describe him as a rare old fashioned chasing type which hardly gave you any confidence he had the Champion Hurdle in mnd for the horse.

The horse that is not Ruby

Sadly we are right back to a one horse race

Dual runner up and multiple Grade 1 winner taken out this morning and not a word about it anywhere. Ridiculous situation once again.

Appreciate It needs to show something special when he reappears otherwise they can give Honeysuckle the prize now. Good for my bank balance but sh*t for the race.
