Not up to snuff atm so can’t face reviewing the races. Normal service will be resumed in due course
Get well soon.
Ah! but a man's reach should exceed his grasp......
Thanks Col, it’ll not take too long I hope. Meant I could spend the afternoon enjoying the racing from Newton Abbot so that’s a plus . Some interesting runs:
Jack Thunder coming second at 66/1 was no fluke, he ran a sound race, bit clumsy at a few hurdles, and would have won easily but for the fast finishing favourite. Dariya ran before she is raised 10lbs but had a job to hold Gaot with the rest over ten lengths behind. Cheltenham de Vaige won with ease and goes from strength to strength putting the Sedgefield setback behind him. Lastly, and best of all Long Stay treated his rivals with complete distain in the bumper and must surely have a rosy future in front of him.

Yep - good shout for the thread.
And needless to say I didn't back it.
Because it was at Kempton I didn't even know it was running. I didn't even know Kempton was on, let alone on TV. When I heard them talking about it beforehand I thought to myself, "Where do I know that name from? Some dick must've put it up on the forum."
I only watched the last couple of furlongs, not even knowing it was a hot favourite but hoping whoever had put it on the forum had backed it.

Illegitimi non carborundum
Just preoccupied, Barjon.
Things aren't sticking around in the old bonce with so many other things to deal with.
Like form, it's just temporary.
Illegitimi non carborundum
Clear top on the figures but I fear both the Hamdan horses might improve past him.

AWAY HE GOES
Doncaster 12 September 2020
Magners Dark Fruit Cider Handicap
1m4f, Class 2, £21,787.50
Going: Good
4 years old, don’t know where Away He Goes has been. He started off well as a three year old then faded from view. I don’t know how strong the field was, but it was Class 2. He didn’t come off the bit ‘til the last furlong then just moved off and won as he pleased. We’ll surely hear more of him.
Running tomorrow:
Grand Scheme 2:30 Bath
Chil Chil 4:05 Bath - disappointing last time, but ground should be better.
Good luck barjon.
