If you believe Fenny was Mullins No1 for the Supreme then Bob O isn't far too far off that.

    Rachael Blackmore had to say

“I don’t think he’s a real sharp Champion Hurdle horse in the making. Two and a half is ideal for him now but I wouldn’t rule out two either.
“For the future he’s probably going to be one for longer trips. He’s won a point-to-point and looks one for fences in the future.”
Some people say he’s the best since Arkle and that’s certainly true when you look at what he’s done

Ballymore has the makings of a Nicanor v Denman sequel hopefully with Henry taking the place of Noel.
Alcohol, because no good story ever started with "I was eating this salad..."

Nice performance from Bob Olinger, lengthened nicely from the last and won it well.

Trying to weigh up my mind regarding Blue Lord - part of me is wondering if he would benefit from a drop back in trip to that he won over at Punchestown, but then part is saying if he settled better, he could probably see out 2m 4f.

Exactly , I ended up going for the shorter race and backed him for the Supreme NRNB with PP

I think Blue Lord looked a huge shell of a horse waiting to fill out who will be one for next year

I can see him placing in graded novices and then a weapon next term chasing

One minus for him would be Daryl Jacob will be jocked up at major festivals

Bob backers will be pleased. Have to like the way he jumped the last two. Interesting to see who goes off fav at Cheltenham. Know who I'll be on.

Given his recent weekend, I'll give him a one off pass

Llandinabo Lad has no entries. That’s a couple of speculations down the Swanee (standard).

Anyone know if he picked-up an injury at Haydock?

You'll probably get a handle on that Monday Feb 8th when the five day acceptors for the Betfair Hurdle are published.

Post race report at Haydock "trainer could offer no explanation for the gelding's performance; jockey (Nico) said gelding stopped quickly"

Anyone get the feeling some 66/1 absolute doggers of a horse is going to win Supreme?
