I think that's far too optimistic.
The reality will probably be somewhere in between.
However, it does look like 'the science' is improving and they're learning more all the time about how the virus behaves. Dr John Campbell is saying the researchers in South Korea are concluding that people who have had the virus will remain immune to it for a long time, possibly more than two years.

No trainer over 70 going racing in Ireland once it returns initially
Some people say he’s the best since Arkle and that’s certainly true when you look at what he’s done
Brant Dunshea, the BHA's chief regulatory officer, has publicly expressed what appeared to be total confidence that racing will be allowed to resume on June 1 and suggested the government has recognised its unique circumstances compared to other sports.
Earlier this month, the government confirmed professional sport, even behind closed doors, could not be staged until the beginning of June at the earliest in line with its easing of lockdown restrictions.
"I'm incredibly confident," Dunshea told Luck on Sunday.
"We cannot control the government's decision-making but we've been working continuously to make sure we're in a strong position. We're very excited and positive we'll be ready to go from June 1."
Only quoting what the doc said.
We're already looking at more than 50,000 more deaths than expected for the time of year, which is probably closer to the true impact of this virus. It has a long way to go before we're shot of it, not helped by dreadful early failings by the government.

We have a guy who walks past our gate every day and sometimes stops to chat and he’s a former scientist. He said at the start of the pandemic, that this would happen almost to the day. It gets weaker and weaker. Wonder how much the hot weather is contributing to its demise too?
