He was cruising like a horse who both would improve for the run and benefit for the better gallop at Ascot.

Remember it's already Marble 1 Hawk Wing 0, with Forest Bihan placing in the first four at Cheltenham.

Anyway...I hear Decrypt's trainer is based in Tipperary, a bit further up from Offaly.

There is nothing stopping the lads from giving him their best advice.

Which I am sure will be to swerve Royal Ascot.

Marble you are throwing darts here -Decrypt debuted at this meeting 12 months ago,he beat Lady Kaya when he won his maiden and he had a previous run this season -he already had a decent level of form and his trainer knows the time of day so there is no way he lacked for fitness yesterday -where is the magic improvement to make him a superstar coming from.

He lost yesterday's battle, but he'll win the war at Ascot.

I'm sure the trainer is no bottler.

He is like one of the hottest cars New York has ever seen.

He will be in top gear for his next run.

I'm not sure what else will.

I think a few including Magna Grecia, will need a nap at the petrol station.

Some horses have their days in the sun and yesterday's was Phoenix Of Spain's.

Others lurk, improve gradually and prove better over the longer period.

That's vauge Marble -I would say the priority with the horse is to win a Group 2 or 3 before a big money sale to America,Hong Kong or possibly Godolhin /Al Shaqab.

    No worries, Hawk.

I'm just a poor boy and nobody loves me.

I apologise to the lads for my recent tirades. I'm five grand in debt. It's really annoying me.

10/1 with Corals and Hills, the bookies don't often get it wrong.

Decrypt would obviously have some sort of chance if he gets there on the day.

I have had £60 on with Betfred recently. That'll do for now.

Luke, what's vauge is why you and fellow contributor Hawk Wing are telling me he literally has no chance, when the bookmakers obviously think he does.

It's as if you have an ulterior motive?

    What's your anger about?

Lots of people made critisisms on the Gigginstown thread, you haven't got the hump with them.

Go and pick on someone your own size.

No one cares about you old lads. No ones spying on you, don't worry.

Don't overestimate your own fan base.

I guess you are a really 'nice guy' too, Hawk Wing?

People that make enemies out of good people and victimlse them for no apparent reason aren't nice.

I've met many on this forum throughout the years. In fact I've met many throughout life.

Insofar as this forum is concerned It's very strange. It does make you wonder who is behind the keyboard sometimes.

Does anyone know what the **** this is all about?

I've got a feeling it's about someone somewhere not getting what they want.

    That person certainly ain't me

Marble you need to take a deep breath -two things Decrypt is priced between 10/1 & 18/1 with the bookmakers -will I tell you what price he will be on the day -he won't be any price because he is being aimed at the Jersey the following day.
If you look at the Friday of Cheltenham thread you will see I thank you for making me aware of Forest Bihan who I had a half decent play to lay on.I am not out to get you.

    Fair enough, Luke.

I never said he was a guarantee to run in the Group 1.

I said I'd like to see him take his chance, but that I didn't actually know.

A speculative hypothesis is obviously not the same as a clear statement based on proven fact or evidence

The fact I can see is his entry in the St James Palace. That's why I speculated he may run in it.

I take your word that the Jersey is the target. It doesn't actually matter to me what race he goes for, (well apart from my little anti-post bet)

I'm still not sure what Hawk Wing is annoyed about.

    I hope this isn't nebulous.

To finish in front of the English 2000 Guineas third, (Skardu), and winner, (Magna Grecia), on his first start in a Group One, but then drop him to Group 2 level for the Jersey, doesn't make any sense to me.

It's Tworney's horse though. He can do whatever he wants.

Tworney speaking today, says Decrypt's favoured option is the Group One Prix Jean Prat in France early next month at the minute

Connections are very keen to run Foxtrot Liv in the Jersey Stakes.

Foxtrot Liv has entry in Ballyogan Stakes Friday at The Curragh, a Group 3 filly n mare sprint.
jean Prat an interesting choice for Decrypt, Con Marnane must be friendly with Mr Twomey.
