I don't know I'm afraid G-G but sincerely hope so. I had fair bets on him e/w and everything that could go wrong did.
Severely hampered by the fall of Crosshue Boy, to the point the jockey did a great job staying on and then every time he looked like creeping back into contention a slow jump forced him back and then when he finally got a clear run in the long, home straight I was convinced he'd pick at least a few off - whether he'd have caught the winner is debateable but he's proved strong at the finish on many occassion. Then that race ending mistake 4 out put paid to that and was pulled up very shortly after.
He'll be 12 at the turn of the year but I'm convinced this horse another decent pot in him over extreme trips at some point.
