Needs an act of god to stop Altior, so I've taken the 5/2 f/c with Un De Sceaux.
    Cracking contest.

Might Bite ran shite fto, as did Terrefort, as did Altior at Sandown in May. I have no issues taking him on today. A proper 2 mile burner will beat him. The horse should be in the King George and would be if Hendo didn't have him. If he'd had Kauto Star how many Gold Cup's would he won won? None - because the **** would never have run him in the race.

Sliding doors with horses is a fun topic

Zero doubts if Altior was at Ditcheat,he would be good cuppin
Some people say he’s the best since Arkle and that’s certainly true when you look at what he’s done

Great Field and Footpad left to battle. That would be some threesome.

UDS is a lovely horse but Altior was cruising there.

Great race. Such a shame the Game spirit is not a handicap anymore

Spot on reet a great way to boost those odds on shots and it never really looked in doubt under those conditions. Well played.

Curiously enough, the novices were nearly four seconds faster.

It rained quite heavily before the big one, DO.
First impressions were that most of the speed was in the last 1/3rd of the race, too.

I've got a 2 year old at home, brother to a winner, son of a winner, nephew to winners, grandson of winners.....if you asked me whether I would rather he win a Tingle Creek or a Gold Cup, seriously I would be quite happy with a Tingle Creek. I don't think he's bred to get a Gold Cup so why would I want him to try it when he could already be awesome at something else?
