Is it just be or is the forum chronic slow?
I posted that thread this morning...
Not just you
Alcohol, because no good story ever started with "I was eating this salad..."
Yep. Crawling

He might need more bandwith or whatever.
I've a suggestion. I'll post my best bets here for 7 days and we all chip in on the donate button if things go right. Ten of us giving £25 will help the bill. Can't be cheap keeping the site up.
I notified Col earlier this afternoon as it was slow and I could see some members had duplicate posts presumably by thinking the original post had not gone through and pressing or clicking again. He said it may be the server but was going to run a query on the database when he arrives home.

Slim, I'm in however why not get a list of people who will do it and then pm them the selections.
I'd happily pay without bets being posted. I contribute to other forums as just a membership fee. This forum probably makes me a profit over time anyway, certainly last week or so.
It's more fun if we make a week of it.
Is it just me or is the forum a lot quieter this NH season?

I think it's possibly a combination of things. People firstly tend to be a bit busier just before Christmas but I certainly think spring is the new winter where the National Hunts season is concerned. I think it gets more that way every year Cheltenham, Aintree and Punchestowns festivals are what it's all about and in all honesty you get the odd decent race before Cheltenham but the rest of the season has just basically become about prepping horses with exception of perhaps a short period over Christmas.
You'll also of course get the basic arguments for the more quick and easy format of things like Twitter and all that sort of cack.
Man who catch fly with chopstick .... accomplish anything.
