I checked for forecast for the area earlier. Looks generally dry with spits and spots now and again, slightly more so on Wednesday. Probably no more than about 5mm all in.
If the forecast is right...

Nico been given all clear to ride Might Bite
Relief for those backing the horse, of which I am one.

just the 5 declared. bdm, cdo, tizzards pair and the biter.
Good to see Clan Des Obeaux declared...we will know a lot more about his future after this test!
"The wise man is one who knows what he does not know"
CDO is hocking odds...10/1 that's 1/4 roi if placed 2nd...he'd be lucky
He'll be dropped out if they have any sense and try and nick 3rd about a fence behind the big 2
Formely Fist of Fury
I'll be happy with that. 20s ew for 3 places a/post.
Native River looks bound to serve it up to MB tomorrow, but I doubt he'll trouble him over this track and ground. Looks a laydown f/c however, and have taken 4.06 to supplement the 3's I took on MB when the race opened.
Don't know if it's only me but I'll watch this with relish. Don't need to have a bet
I might not have a bet in the race because my figures differ markedly from official ones and this might serve to resolve the differences one way or another.
I do think MB will toy with Native River who, for me, remains seriously over-rated. As over-rated as Dawn Run was

Any rain forecast?
Some people say he’s the best since Arkle and that’s certainly true when you look at what he’s done

Good race that. MB went out like a light. Wonder what that GC could have done to both the top 2

I thought last week was a bad weekend.
No money on but great to watch top class horses, all trying and all there to the end. Warming on a cold day.
Bristol a dude at Haydock. No surprise he served it to em.
Native has run a blinder in what wouldn't be his bag.
Shame about Bite.
All comers, all grounds, all beaten!
This perfect mix of poetry and destruction.
I had Bite winning Gold Cup, ain't so sure anymore. Road To Respect tickles my fancy now.
I don't think I'll have another bet at Haydock for the rest of the season. Too many strange goings-on through the races.

Those fences looked big today - that was a serious test for some of them first time out
