Essentially rated through Dr Phoenix (162) who was running a massive race against UDS until tipping up at Fairyhouse. Given latitude for ease of victory, and afforded same mark as last year.

I chucked mine in the bin when I saw the Bristol's criminally low mark.

The French version which is called "Diggers and Hurdlers " arrived yesterday . The big difference is it was updated to include last weekends races. The one that stands out is Pym"s 180P rating in the hurdling brigade.

Interesting reaction given that the race time was slower than Div 2.

    Must be converting to Fahrenheit.

Thanks. Fwiw, his novice hurdle form on Boxing Day at Kempton when third behind If The Cap Fits has been franked by the second horse. I could see the first three home winning plenty more races this season.

Good to see you posting bud. Feared we lost you to Brexit.

Few requests will be on the way
Some people say he’s the best since Arkle and that’s certainly true when you look at what he’s done

I also need to outlive Digger to get grassy's library of C&H

I should probably caveat that i need to outlive Grass too

Great Field's rating is a bit high for me as not sure we will ever see him show it in open company but really hope we do

    Some horses i'm interested in

    Benie Des Dieux
    Ratoute Yutty
    Monalee
    Next Destination

They probably have a combined liver age upward of 200 years old so I would imagine the books will be coming your way Granger. I totally agree with you regards Benie Des Dieux but I really hope she goes back over fences, getting 7lbs she has a big one in her.

I don't drink or smoke so i'll keep space on the bookshelf

Love Benie but fear her being cotton wooled

Hope you haven’t backed him for it, given he is a) in the same yard as Boov, b) is a novice anyway, and c) just as likely to be sent novice-chasing after this season, as stay over hurdles.

Note that Pym’s 180P rating will be adjusted for the race, and has no correlation with figures awarded in C&H.

    161 Mick Jazz
    161$ Wicklow Brave
    160 Agrapart

In just that little example there's not enough numbers to give me a clue wtf they are meant to represent?

If that book is how they actually rate horses pounds for points it belongs in the dustbin...That is a question rather than a criticism

Because if it were and they are saying L'ami Serge is within 4lbs of Buveur D'Air they are stone mad
