Adjali impressive enough today. In to single figures in places for the Triumph (which makes my A/P competition bet look reasonable).
The older I get the better I was.

Only caught them from turning in but he didn't half hammer them.

He'd twice finished ahead of Quel Destin in France and cut across the board yesterday.

Plenty of good ones still to appear but you'd say he's the best out so far and with the right connections.

Just watched the replay there now. Thought his jumping was sketchy enough in the early part of the race, but he fairly winged the final 2 hurdles. Impressive.

A couple of decent races today...

Grade 2 at Sandown - My Way's a bit of a talking horse and probably short enough, Down the Highway will appreciate the overnight rain and will go close, but I'm going to chance Quoi De Neuf. Liked the way he did it at Aintree and think he could be decent and overpriced

The novice at Exeter also looks interesting. Samarquand was green first time over hurdle and is clearly talented, but Remastered looked a horse to follow at Fos Las and think he'll win

That was a nice looking horse in the opener at Navan. Won't win a supreme but notebook worthy

I said some time ago Brandon castle should go hurdling and today he sis the business..not that I backed him but I must ask..wtf was Geraghty playing at? Anyone who watches racing knew BC was going to go off and wouldn't be stopping so he gives him 15 lengths...ok he might have won but for being hampered but he shouldn't have been in 4th place should he? ok said my bit but BC one to follow

Angels Breath looks another excellent recruit from the pointing scene for Nicky

The Lalors Naas race on Sunday should be as good and probably better than anything over Christmas

Battleoverdoyen really caught the eye last day

He looked really good from the front over 2 miles in Navan. I wonder will they ride him any differently over half a mile further.

    Just ride him to win

It takes away a bit from Leop xmas but greta to have a g1 this early into Jan

I think Fahy likes his horse alot but it might me more in line with next season rather than taking on the big guns Sunday

Yes Dunvegan is an excellent jumper and the form of his Fairyhouse win is holding up with the second (full brother to Battleoverdoyen) and third both winning on New Years Day.

Fahy has his team in good shape too.

Itchy Feet was only beaten a length or so by yesterday's winner Elixir de Nutz at Cheltenham in November giving 5lb and looks decent value for the Supreme at 40/1 in several books or 33/1 NRNB with SkyBet. Clearly the Tizzard horse's improvement is there for all to see but the following article suggests only one more run before the festival was always the plan for Itchy Feet so I'm having an each way poke at nearly three times the price

And Thomas Darby beat Exlir De Nutz last October Viking having seemingly sprouted wings at the sight of the hill. He has run two really good races since at Ascot & Kempton, giving weight to Mr Fisher at Christmas, but I cant wait to see him back at Cheltenham again. He can still be backed at 25/1.

I have 33/1 dockets on both him and Angels Breath for the Supreme so hoping one of those click.

Front 2 in the Naas G1 look very good horses

Battleoverdoyen looks very very green still so a real prospect him
