News on JN Wine Champion Chase entries from RP
Gigginstown House Stud are responsible for seven of the 13 entries in the JNwine.com Champion Chase at Down Royal on November 3, with last year's Ryanair Chase winner Balko Des Flos among the possible runners. Gordon Elliott's JLT Novices' Chase winner Shattered Love also features on Gigginstown’s list, as do stablemates Don Poli, Alpha Des Obeaux, Monbeg Notorious and Outlander, who won the race 12 months ago. Paul Nicholls, who won the prize with Kauto Star in 2008 and 2010, as well as with Taranis in 2007 and Kauto Stone in 2012, has entered Clan Des Obeaux and Black Corton. The 2015 Gold Cup winner Coneygree has also been entered.
Interesting to see Clan Des Obeaux in the race
As trust me this young horse could be another Champion for Nicholls.
"The wise man is one who knows what he does not know"
Down Royal has been kind to PFN so no shock to see him there.
I have been told that Shattered Love is adored by GE but something about her makes me think she won't step up
Some people say he’s the best since Arkle and that’s certainly true when you look at what he’s done
Don Poli being mentioned makes me so happy. Keep his mark down for the National!!
P.s I know his limitations, I just can't help but love the horse.
douvan has been getting something positive bulletins over the last few days

I thought he would win last years Hennessy but I now have him marked down as a disappointing sort who flatters to deceive - he reminds me of another disappointing sort owned by connections -What A Friend.
No chance of him becoming a Champion unless he gets a serious feed of magic carrots on a regular basis.
"And still they gazed and still the wonder grew. That one small head could carry all he knew.
And that small head knew that Impaire Et Passe would win the Champion Hurdle."
Road to Respect supplemented for the JN Wines. Amazing that he wasn't given an entry in the first place.

Mullins said: "I haven’t discussed things with (owners) Simon Munir, Isaac Souede or indeed (racing manager) Anthony Bromley yet.
"He can do any trip from two miles to three miles. I’m thinking we might start him off over two miles and then let him out to two and a half.
"Three miles at Christmas for the King George is a possibility, but a lot will depend on how he comes out of his first two races."

I will cry if they try and turn Footpad into a boat because of his pedigree. Did Mullins learn nothing from ruining Champagne Fever.
Small hold up for Sizing John

The older I get the better I was.
