51 in the bunbury cup at the 6 day mark,20 run so you would have thought there would have been more considering the entry fee.no wonder it costs so much to own a racehorse.
Very disappointing.

Yes, I saw that earlier and wondered about it. There has to be a chance the sponsors will pull the plug on the consolation race if it happens again.

I presume the ground is to blame but plenty of good horses need fast ground. They could easily be picking up some reasonable money by running.
