Calling Prufrock (or anyone who may be in touch with him)

I don't know if Prufrock looks in still but if he does maybe he can reply either on here or by PM. Alternatively, if anyone is still in contact with him perhaps they wouldn't mind passing on this query.

Much has been said about the sectional mark-up for Without Parole (and Ostilio) at Yarmouth earlier this season. I also think Jason Weaver mentioned on TV during last week that Jamie Lynch of Timeform had been raving about the time performance of that race.

I have the Timeform sectional archive for that Yarmouth race. The mark-up is only 1lb for the winner and nothing for the next thee home. The raw time figure is nothing special either, even after factoring in weight for age.

What I need to know is, how can Timeform people and Prufrock himself claim a huge sectional mark-up for the race when the published data says otherwise? They then appear to be claiming some kind of credit for Ostilio winning the Britannia. Now, I believe Prufrock did select Ostilio on the ATR site and it was an excellent winner but it couldn't possibly have merited selection based on the published data.

So if Prufrock or anyone in touch with him can offer any further insight, I'd be glad to hear from them.

I've no idea what Twitter is. Heard of it, but that's all.

I would think it's the easiest way to get what you want from Simon.

Just Google it, sign up and send him a message.

If I can do it, DO, I'm sure you can.

Give it a try, you don't need to become an addict.
