On a line through Ordinary World, it would be dangerous to dismiss Great Field in this fashion. His form is more-or-less around the same level as both Altior and Min, based on that Punchestown run. That said, Altior is certainly a worthy AP favourite for the QMCC, and will be an incredibly tough-nut to crack.

Hard to have an opinion on Douvan until he gets back to the track, and not impossible they will up him in trip either.

The John Durkan will tell alot

Do they let Djackadam go for his hat trick or else let Douvan/UDS get a taste for a possible KG test

Nicky Henderson has also revealed that the enigmatic Might Bite will have the bonus as a target."The Chase Triple Crown is a fantastic initiative and it's great that Jockey Club Racecourses is repeating the bonus," he said.
"It focuses your mind as to where to start the season if you want a chance of winning the Triple Crown. Might Bite's main objective is the King George so with this bonus it would certainly make sense to start at Haydock Park."
Big clash early doors so. All roads to Hyadock

Should be a race to savour, if the big guns all make it.

You would fancy MB to take the first two if on song.

IF MB goes walk about again, he will have a better class of horse to beat than Whisper

I'm sticking with SJ for Haydock, MB for Kempton

Haydock in November is always bottomless, so not sure they'd even run Might Bite.

A shot at a million-quid bonus might persuade them, tiggers.

The PR loving, horse owning machine that is Ricci should aim something at this

It would be great if Wylie wanted to call the shots and send Yorkhill down this route too

Whatever chance Yorkhill would have at Haydock his jumping left would surely be his undoing at Kempton; shades of Jack Of Trumps for those of you old enough to remember JP's first great Gold Cup hope.

Very much doubt we will be seeing Yorkie at Kempton, not over fences anyway.

With the likelihood that MB sidesteps Haydock 10s about Bristol De Mai has to be taken.

Native River appeals more at twice the price.

Fair price but will the race be enough of a test?
