Another JP horse was also very impressive today. Early Doors on only his second start over hurdles took the Fishery Lane G3 hurdle at Naas quite impressively after a big gamble.

That Goffs Land Rover Bumper form is looking quiet strong.

    Some introduction from next destination.

No way that maiden doesn't bring multiple winners this season
Some people say he’s the best since Arkle and that’s certainly true when you look at what he’s done

Someday is one of a bunch of horses that I follow and despite my stated concerns about fitness levels I succumbed to the temptation of 10/1 ew widely available. Took what I could get which was not a particularly large sum though enough to prompt a lay off of win stake in running. He clearly is a powerful beast but needs to smooth out his action to be a really good horse. Obviously tired at the end but given the ability of his trainer I think he has significant potential.

Btw Granger - your PM box is full.

Mengli Khan looked decent there again at Navan. Jumped and traveled beautifully.

Another one for the Royal Bond according to Elliott. It could be a cracker of a race already.

White Moon and Chosen Path head to head in the last at Exeter. Both look really exciting so probably a no bet race for me

Hopefully he'll hose up but I couldn't resist a small bet on Mind's Eye at 5/2 in receipt of 8lb, with the fav's absence to overcome.

Looking at the prices, I've backed Chosen Path EW

Shame Chosen Path jockey got knocked off. The horse seemed to be going well and was just about to mount a challenge. Still had plenty to do mind

Thanks, I was surprised to see Sky push him out to 33s for the Ballymore as looked to me like he'd come on for the run / step up in trip.

Suppose it depends on Samcro but there's a lot of stamina in BBB's pedigree.

Yes bit of a soft unseat and think he was a banker to make the frame

On the Blind Side looks like a proper Albert Bartlett horse. Gutsy bugger.

Think that will turn out to be a decent race

On the Blind Side won well ultimately and agree further will help even more. Poetic Rhythm deserves lots of credit as was giving away 5lb and also like the way the Skelton mare battled for second. Three smart ones I reckon

Cracking Smart entered in the Monksfield Novice Hurdle over 2m4f at Navan this weekend, as is Samcro, though the latter also holds the Royal Bond entry the week after.
