    Was that a colt or a filly, DG?

    With Flame's inputs this is probably redundant now. However once raced First Drive seems to be going the right way and has been featured in a couple of gallops shading it over Flying Sparkle (Fast Company filly who is entered at Newmarket on Friday: no jockey at this time). Moore is booked to ride the First Drive at Kempton on Wednesday evening over a a furlong further than their previous outing together.. Both gallops looked serious pieces of work.

    Fab, second to Queen Mary winner Heartache on debut runs at Wolves today. She had the speed to lead that day, and the Joseph O'Brien trained horse she beat into third has won since.

    No price but that's strong form for a Novice stakes at Wolves and expect her to win.

    She's by FSS Society Rock too.

    Following up an earlier post on this thread, Royal Ascot again provided A.P.O'Brien 2-y-o followers with a nice profit.

    He had 8 runners and had 2 winners (Sioux Nation 14/1 and September 11/8) a stake rate of 25% and a return of 217.2%.

    @Eleanora Duse

    I would be very careful fella, at no stage has First Drive worked better than Flying Sparke, Flying Sparke is probably the best 2yo the yard has by some considerable margin. I am intrigued to know where you have heard/seen otherwise.

    Dalgleish one of those trainers I can never get right (always minimum stakes with him if I ever have an interest). This might help, thanks Colin

    No problem Flame. As I have said on here a few times I just call it as I see it. Will be interesting to see Flying Sparkle on Friday.

    Over the years of observing them I must say this is definitely the best crop of 2yos Bell's had for quite some time.

    Interesting viewpoint, I've not seen one I think would hold its own in pattern company myself, with the exception being House Edge. Flying Sparkle runs Monday at Windsor I'm told.

    First Drive done as we expected, traveled well, found zero, exactly the same as it does at home. I wouldn't let that reflect anyone regarding Flying Sparkle, she's nice enough to take a hand at Windsor on Monday.
