I remember Galway Plate day Carlingford Lough day a gent stopping Noel looking for his pass before allowing him upstairs.
Obviously he did not remember Fane Ranger/Pinch Hitter from the early 1980s.
I have told a few of you my hatbox story but dare not print it !
