Ground currently soft have no idea what it could be by wednesday,maybe it could dry out to good will only know looking at tomorrows times am hoping it will be still on the soft side because the sire of Chipotle and Fearby Havana Gold is running around 6% on gd/sft and 4% on soft very very poor stats although once it slips into good the stats go upti 13% so ground might make all the difference.Chipotle won on fast ground at Ascot in the Windsor Castle then got stopped in run in the Supersprint,although Fearby has bucked the stats trend and its win at Sandown n slow going by 5ls it looked a thorough stayer..Impossible to know if that was despite the griund or because of it,if it was because it looks the one to beat if it stays softer..the time it ran was over .54 faster than a class 3 handicap at Sandown that was run the following day on the same griund which would be the best slow ground form in the race..I suspect if it stays on the sift side it will be backed and there's a free bet in there with it currently being 3/1 ppower/sportsbook 11/4 generally..
Kingboard Star looked impressive on debut travelled well on fast ground and looked likely to be a big improver,the 2nd franked the form by running 5th in The Queen Mary Vertiginous beaten just over 4ls, Chipotle won on the same day as The Queen Mary if you took those two races strictly at face value then Kingboard Star would have 4ls to find with it with a 5 pound turnaround,but Kingboard Star could still be better than that form..Kingboard Star flopped on 2nd run finishing 5/8 at Newcastle on the aw a strange entry when you look at the sires stats five runners there 0 wins 0 places so a good reason to ignore the run..
Cotai Glory is a great sire in sprints 23% over 5fs 17% on gd/fm 25% gd/sft 25% soft but only 12% on good,that seems the most likely going to me hopefully it won't be..Also the day Kingboard Star won, the time was very good only 2ls slower than the class 4 for older horses on the card,with normal improvement i'd have the horse well upto a 100 on that form...Only the two favs have ratings that high on wednesday,has a bit to prove now but from a great stable, Ed Walker currently running at 26%,certainly going to look chucked in if doesn't run well in this race for nurseries..
A speculative bet,but still a possibility is getting underestimated..

Rains overnight and the prices collapse on fearby,the sire stats on heavy are exactky the same 2/35 so just 6% but so far only horse thats got decent time on softer ground..

A horse with loads of ability 4/29 could easily have won more,this season 6th in the Lincoln not a clear passage and then 4th in the Spring Cup to
Nuggett two ultra competitve handicaps,was off 96 in those races with 5 pound claim so off 91...Followed that up with a 4th over this c/d a race that couldn't have worked out any better Grove Ferry 1st,Dulas 2nd,Kynren 3rd,Ejtilaab 5th and Another Batt all came out and won o-100 handicaps on next run..Revich has run twice since been virtually tailed off at Ascot on fast griund and then Newmarket in the Bunbury Cup,trainers been totally out of form and that's reflected in prices currently 0/26 in last 42 days getting 6/1 on Revich off a mark of 88 it wet off 11/4 favourite in that race back in May..Its record here is 1/5/3/1/1/4 the last win here was pff 91 whe it went off 6/4 in a better race than sundays as well..At its best would be 5/2 to win this tops as has beaten most of these before,it looks likely it's either going to bomb out completely or if it's back to its true form hit the frame and go close..Betting will be very interesting as never goes unbacked here..

An amateur riders race doesn't appear to be a lot of soft griund form in the race,i suspect the fav might not run just depending on how much more rain,Broad Appeal looks the obvious one even though has no winning form on sot ground has run well on it in better races and is a c/d winner..The rest of the fields a guessig game,aw horses or rises in class or hurdlers running well switching back to turf so will have a speculative bet o Percy Presecco,has shown nothing this seaso just one run on the turf last time out all previous runs from late October onwards have been on the aw or hurdles...The three previous runs in August September October 2020 with tomorrows jock on Brodie Hampson it was 4/2/2 on soft,soft,heavy marks of 68,67 and 68 in two 0-70s and one a 0-80..all the runs since have enabled it to drop to a mark of 57,so very well in but needs to prove it retains ability..Hopefully the ground will be soft and it will have its optimum conditions,was going off 6/1 in those races last season 16/1 across the board tomorrow off an 11 pound lower mark and jocks 2/14 on it..may just be on downgrade but might be worth giving it a couple of chances if/when it gets its ground.


A nightmare ride choosing the wrong side going farside has cost it a place,ground wasn't soft enough anyway thats why it drifted back out to 12s from 6/1 earlier bit deeper ground needed will give it another couple of chances when it gets softer ground..although it just maybe on downgrade..The drift might be telling you its just not as good anymore..

And of course that race was won by Priscillas wish soft ground horse,what a farce that yarmouth meeting is just glad one of the two got in the frame,the straight track is gd/sft at best...Was also pleased with the place on Dsghing dick,the ground was against it and fron runningdid well to get touched off again by a c/d winner that had run on overwatered ground there last time out..

Another farcical days racing both Beverley and Sailsbury supposedly gd/fm,insides of the track like a bog and the ground and times pointing to gd/sft,just don't know how the grounds are forecast wrong everyday,you've got no chance of you've bet fast griud horses..They even changed the goig at Sailsbury to good after two races,you've lost befire a race has been run..

Another poor day in description of goings at the tracks,am just going to have some small interests really can't see anythig standing out at prices..will start with the consolation and St winifred races..am going to do horses on both sides of the track..as the draw there has been little between sides in big fields...in recent races.If it wasn't fior the fact i like watching the Ripon races i probably wouldn't have had a bet,too many going changes or wring ground forecasts to bet with any confidence..
