    Will Ruby Be Ready

Ruby Walsh is hoping to be back race riding by the end of the month or, failing that, a few days later.

No doubt he has been working hard to keep himself as fit as possible while he has been out, and has been following all the professional advice given to him.

But as of last week he had not yet ridden out and he doesn't expect to sit on a horse again for another week or so.

Is it realistic in these circumstances that the most talented jockey of our day will be properly fit for Cheltenham?

I'm sure he'll be ok. He is as ignorant as he is brave. He'll make it
Some people say he’s the best since Arkle and that’s certainly true when you look at what he’s done

Was it just a case of it not healing as quickly as they thought? I expected him to be back riding early this month until I read the latest update. If he is back race riding two weeks before the festival I would have no concerns.
