wait till you get further into the series

honestly, stick with it, season one was made not knowing if there would be more, and the writers strike affected it too. although its far from poor, its not the best season.

Yes me too re TG - one of the funniest things on tv. I don't care if anyone says it is too staged, it is just funny.
Not sure I can honestly say I will get through series one of BB let alone the rest of it. The only plus if I try is that they will shut up at work about it.

Exactly. Season 3 and 4 are the two best series of any TV show I've ever, and will ever, see.

Someone on another forum gave me a link for loads of good TV shows:

    http://www.couchtuner.eu/

    Is this legit?

Well, I tried watching something and was asked to install a media player. I did this but my computer went a bit funny. It's ok now but was a bit concerned.

I think it was VLC that was installed. I thought torrents were a thing of the past with the US Govt' cracking down.

Don't believe the hype, no chance of that.

I'm really keen on this, now that I cannot receive SKY anymore.
But I don't know where to start; I've never used "torrents" before.
So a couple of questions if I may ............
Which Torrent is advisable. ( do I need to download some client etc).
Then, which website should I try in which to use the torrent.?

Also, are there reasons why Euro's couchtuner.eu linked site doesn't appeal to some of you folks? -- it seemed to me at first glance to be comprehensive in its listings but still user-friendly and simplified for old goats like me.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

newsgroups are much better than torrents (and not as illegal - as if anyone using them is bothered )
Full speed and if you are careful, no misnamed files, no viruses etc.
If you're with virgin you get free newsgroups (30 day retention) if not then you are still only talking a fiver a month
If you want to stay legit, netflix (using a proxy for us content if required...although that tends to cost more than newsgroup access!)
