Well done Roddy - back on the winning trail - this is good to see.

Oliver's gold will run in the big handicap chase at Uttoxeter on Sunday (4.35). There are 11 runners and it is the highest class he has raced in. He does not want any soft in the ground. Hopefully he will surprise us but has it all to do.
Pluralism of Ideas and the prosperity of any land are intertwined. Freedom of minds and skill of intellect to 'think the unthinkable' is how humanity has progressed; when minds are incarcerated nothing endures.

Unlucky there. Royale Django falling in front of him may have cost him the race

Theres no doubt about that. The horses mouth was cut wide open from the flailing hooves. How he got within striking distance again is beyond me. Very brave. Getting back to his best. Dineur and Simply Blessed should both win at Worcester this afternoon.

    Apache Gold returns Killarney tomorrow.
Going should be soft enough with some rain every day this weekend.
Drawn near outside though and trip could be far enough given these are better horses than usual opponents.
The funny thing is these races can be easier won than a 47/65 race as it is less likely to meet on 10 lb well in that wins one race and then disappears for 2 years.
Rory Cleary gets his chance to be the first jockey to win twice on him and monday and wednesday are the two week days Apache has yet to win a race.
    Fingers crossed !
