I speak a tiny bit, but certainly not enough to be any help .

One of my mates is dutch and she is coming over this weekend, so give me a shout if you are really stuck.

Jules, just a mad thought - either try to find a language school which might have a Dutch pupil in attendance, or call the Embassy of the Netherlands in London and see if they have a translation service, or can recommend one. Might cost a few squid, but it could be worth it.

    Babelfish is amazingly inaccurate.

Songsheet I really thought that you were the cats whiskers when it came to being educated and with linguistic qualities abounding , but maybe just maybe I was expecting too much really? It was you on many occasions, that chastised me for a typo or two, or error, in English, that is, on here.................... :P

Merlin, what are you on about? I quite clearly posted above that my request had been sorted.

Your insistence on using upper case, when the accepted norm that to do so implies the writer is in fact shouting, is less than desirable and I know I have pointed that out to you many times in the past but hey, don't let accuracy ever get in the way of a good story, will you, Merlin...

There are clearly people that speak double Dutch on this forum. Not quite what Songsheet had in mind methinks.

Just to demonstrate how great babelfish is, I've run the original post through it a number of times and came up with this:

"I have confirmed can in much talent in one, or other person knows a document in the Netherlands for me translates here to be buried! ! ? ?"

It was Julie's 'contract' on her seriously-annoying, pest of a co-director, Kathy. But not a word to anyone, please...
