ITV certainly got their money's worth out of Steve Cauthen yesterday. I thought he carried the whole programme, keeping his humour when being put in a somewhat difficult position by questions,...
DO, you're right what are we doing discussing presenters' wardrobes when we should be asking why Olly (sp?) Bell, who seems to be totally unaware of how feckin awful he is, seems to be well thought...
DO, was it Oli Bell by chance?
It's a long time since I ended my subscription to Racing TV but at that time they had their fair share of bluffers.
The bar must be quite low if Oli Bell can hold down the job. He's so bloody juvenile. It sticks in my head that he pronounced a horse's name (Bizet) as Bizzet, I kid you not.
You don't seem to be on your own judging by this forum.
Thought the coverage of the actual Welsh National race was quite good today, probably helped, thankfully, by the lack of carnage.
Perfick, you are, you are.
No, it wasn't Zoe. It was a new face and voice to me.
I believe Ms. Mayor was at Wolverhampton, PB, this was another young lady.
Who was the young lady hosting Sky's coverage from Lingfield yesterday evening. I assume she was making her debut, must come on for the run.
...and....and...and
One can only hope.
Jason Weaver is the only one with an idea. Francesca, Ed, Oli, Mick, Luke not worth listening to. ITV racing probably responsible for 50% of the attendance.
Ho, ho, ho!
Spot on, Sir.
I did put quotes around 'very important people', DO.
You sure social media would jump on connections? Some would but there surely enough people around who would agree with them.
I think the TV...
Good old 'manners' seem to have disappeared.
Surely interrupting connections in the paddock before a race is bad-mannered.
I know people who work in television are 'very important people' but...
Attention seeking Chapman, DO.
Hawk Wing you obviously were not watching when Lydia handed over to John "****", as she called him!
C - u - n - t that should read.
Not just in the background!
Troods, I don’t think ATR or RUK get it right either and I got so fed up with RUK’s coverage that I cancelled my subscription. If it was free I wouldn’t be happy with having their coverage being...
DO, I would think the vast majority of serious racing followers have got on-line access, don’t you!
Least said about her the better......ITV’s idea of paddock-watching and mine differ somewhat.
When will racing broadcasters realise that what serious followers of the sport want from them pre-race...
