Really don't know what to say. Col did SO MUCH for everyone after the breakup of the Ch4 racing forum. Sad, sad news. RIP Col and condolences to his family.
Me also please James.
I've just sent Julie a message on facebook Troods, but you may as well give her a call in case.
Is Krizon still with us? If so, has anyone been in touch with Jon, or Julie or Steve M ?
Hi all. Had to get Col to reset my password it's been that long since I logged in, but had to return to add my thanks for having met Brian a couple of times. He snuck me into the runners up enclosure...
Honourable mentions for series I have downloaded and watched recently. Gomorra, The Looming Tower, The Terror, Condor, Counterpart, Killing Eve. Currently stuck into / yet to start Billions (...
Was at Newbury on Sat, and didn't see anything to put me off backing Carole's Destrier again. Once again, just jumped every fence very economically and was in process of trying to gain on the leading...
I was all over CD for the GN after his run in this last year at 33/1. Thought he was going to claw back Native River for a split second. Anyway, I'm staying loyal on Saturday ( and actually going too...
Terribly sad news. Always looked out for her runners as knew you would get a run for your money. Marello still one of my favourite horses to this day. RIP
2 steps and a pothole?
I'd already singled out Sofia's Rock as a bet today so happy you have picked out too. Have thrown e.w. double on with MQ after your write up.
Great shout DO. Intended to back both each way and totally forgot.
Superb gutsy run from him there Roddy. Well done.
Most average Derby in living history.
Look out for James Garfield ( George Scott trained ). Ran third in the 2.20 at Leicester today at an unfancied 14/1. Gave them a good 5 or 6 lengths leading the stalls yet pulled his way up to...
Might only show one tick as Slim set up the group and hasn't seen it yet? I certainly got it.
Bloody hell. Missed the first one!1 Well done Martin as always.
Keep being drawn to Oh Crick in the last at Warwick. Aidan Coleman journeys down from Haydock for the one ride ( first for the trainer ). 8/1, be backing e.w.
If I remember correctly DO, I backed Peace And Co in that come back race at Ayr the other week and watching the jockey not make much of an effort up the home straight after cruising around at the...
Dundalk. Full stop. *** See Chester thread, page 2
My head is same as Luke's after Dundalk tonight. Last race, the second they left the gate, someone hovered up everything from about 11/2 down to 3/1 in the place market for the winner, even though...
DO, Just watching the race the once, everything fell perfectly for him. The stablemate acted more as a pace maker than running on his own merits, and yet has still only finished a couple of lengths...
Backing Churchill at 7/4 for the Derby on that performance is asking for a one way ticket to the poorhouse
The man is a legend! 4 out I was like, ah well it was a fun day waiting for it. Oh you a serious drink if ever meet up Martin. Thanks again
