  1. 2020 Betfair Hurdle Newbury Saturday February 8th. An early analysis.

Phillip Hobbs trains Oakley. He ran a good third behind Not So Sleepy at Ascot when rated ten pound higher up in the weights. A five pound claimer rode him, so he still carried five pound more than Not So Sleepy in weight. Leoncavello was back in fourth so this gives the form a robust look. They pulled clear of the rest.

Not So Sleepy is favourite for this. He probably improved next time when hacking up again at Ascot, but Oakley didn't go up too significantly in the handicap himself. ...

  2. Some Chaos at Warwick in The Classic Chase

I like Some Chaos's chase form from last season. 16/1 for this Saturday. I can see him starting shorter.

  3. Good 14/1 chance anti post Wincanton Saturday

Gary Moore has given former hurdle winner Ar Mest a couple of entries this weekend at Sandown at Wincanton. The Wincaton race looks more suitable to my eye. It's a 0-130 class three where Ar Mest could be worth having a decent bet on off a very exploitable handicap chase mark.

14/1 best price with Coral for the Wincanton race.

  4. Christmas 2019 my horses to follow for the festive period

He notably missed the Cheltenham Festival in 2018 and 2019 when he could have easily ran in handicap hurdles. Had he done so, he'd be rated a lot higher over hurdles and even 7-10 pounds higher over fences too.

His claim to fame was being third behind Cyrname and Altior the last day. He was beaten about sixty lengths, but I always thought he could be a handicap ...

Simply post a winner at odds-against..(no 1/10 shots please) have three tries to tip a winner...then you can post as many as you want after that.

Remember. This is a funds booster thread.

    I'll kick off.
