Thanks. I’ve sometimes not been able to find races because I’ve been looking at ‘todays’ racing and not ‘tomorrows’. Not many runners are there? I backed Mystik Dan last time and really thought he’d got beat.

I just backed Mina Rashid 8/1 but didn’t really concentrate on the race. If I had I might have backed him in running and can’t imagine what price he was.

It was another Guineas winner that had only been given entries in mile races ( although there were 5 others with that credential).

So pleased for Jack. I was stood next to his mum when he won the Supreme on Labaik and I’ve followed his career ever since. So many injuries for one so young.

Our Girl Sal 66/1 3.05. I always back horses in handicaps trained by P Fahey. Only problem is there are several P Faheys and I get them mixed up so have to back all of them! I’ve had some big priced winners trained by P Faheys!

I was only thinking yesterday about the newspapers I kept that had Red Rum and Dessie as front page news when they died. That would never happen now ( other than when I horse dies tragically in a race that the very same newspaper is offering free bets and an office sweepstake on its back pages).
