Two seconds away from 30k at least maybe more including singles can't be bothered working it out frustrating, more annoyed that awesome allen didn't go in especially as did too much going down to start and not having a double in the lucky even that ew lucky probably returns a few quid, was so close to being a monster touch again, wouldv'e been 2 in the last month..

Nice little bonus today ifg you backed poor duke with 365,you get a free bet up to a max of £50 or whatever you staked today... on the 2.30 at Chepstow...will have a look through it's usyally the worst race on the card..

    Chepstow 2.30

Imperial link 22/1 with 365 maybe bigger in the morning 33/1 ppower/lads otherwise..

I had three marked off inn this race lady bayside, pick a little and imperial link just going on track and ground form opick a little was 33s earlier now 20s and imperial link was 40s thought prices would be still be there or even bigger but was pre occupied with the night racing.Imperial link looks a little outclassed but does like desperate ground which it will be,is rated 51 but reached a mark of 63 last season is a pound out of the handicap tomorrow bhut Edward greatrex takes 3 off.Its last two runs over a mile on ground with soft orr heavy in it won both those races back to back last season off 50 and 55 both pretty weak races, ran third of seven in a 0-75 over tomorrows c/d off 61 carrying 6 pound overweight had ladybayside behind in fourth and seven pound better off with her tomorrow. This does look a grade to high but the ground may level the playing field and with some track form is off decent enough mark, would rather stick my free bet on this than something shorter that's not guaranteed to go on ground,be surprised if it won but could run ok..

    Leicester 6.0

    Poor duke 20/1 365/sportsbook 25/1 365 22/1 betfred/totesport ew lucky 15 returns £180 for a £ew stake..

Poor duke bit of a veteran on the aw,one you sort of avoid as rarely wins, there look two or three in this race that could well be progressive but the
race is very weak and one thing he does have is decent track form, 1/2/3 and l;ast run over this c/d was 3rd to teversham off 56 in a race for horses rated upto 70 a better race than tomorrows. The run previous to that was second to initimately back in September beaten 1/2l,initimately is 4 pound worse off tomorrow for that 1/2l but is only 11/2 and if you look at that ones last run at sailsbury looks the best form in the race winning a race for horsdes upto 70.At the prices would rather have a small bet on poor duke trainer doesn't have many winners but Robert tart rides
rode him on two of last seasons places,he ran poorly on turf debut on gd/fm ground but that was over 6fs back here he might just show a bit more
hopefully the rain as expected may help..

    25/1 365/lads/corals/betfred/totesport/boyles/betway/sjames/winner

    8.10 Windsor

    Awesome allan 20/1 ppower/sportsbook 18/1 skybet 25/1victor/ppower/boylesports

Currently goodfirm at Windsor forecast is for rain if that happens no chance of awesome allan going off these prices, infact would be a massive gamble with doubts on others on ground, just hope the rain does arrive as this could be a cracking trade and go below double figures.
He's back to a track he's won on over c/d as 2yr old,won a nursery off 77 at notts beating turanga leela and coolfitch both of those runners have won decent handicaps this season, has had two comeback runs one on gd/fm and last time out was 7th of 10 behind zamjar ran ok only beaten 3 1/2ls at chester and over a furong too far only going off 10/1.Takes a drop in clas tomorrow if the rains arrive and the griund isn't gd/fm he won't be 20/1 he'll be 10/1 tops i'd be surprised if he was that.Blitz ran in a race for horses ratded upto a 100 tlast time out smokey lane has alreay won fron that race and queen in waiting has run well behind boy in the bar at goodwood might be worth a saver at 7/1 as that form looks decent, the negative for him could be the rain as only one run unplaced it but might not arrive, the ground was good at sandown in that 0-100 race,,

    8.55 Ayr

    Braes of lochlash 8/1 365 15/2 skybet

Another that needs the rains to come and another class dropper, braes of lochlash was running in different class races to this last season actualy hasn't run in thius grde since june 2015,showed improvement last season to winn off highest ever mark of 73 at Donny but has loads of form at ayr 1/1/3/3/2/7 his last run here although beaten 7ls was for horses rated upto 90,was also second here in the same grade last season off 76 as well. Two comebacj runs on faster ground, although didn't run badly last time out in far better race than this,as long as there's some rain this race is so poor unless he's completely out of form he should be shortening in this grade and will probably be a decent trade. If stable think he's spot on will
    be heavily backed..

    4.0 Thirsk

    Sunnua 14/1 ppower/sportsbook/victor/lads/corals/sjames/boyles/betfred/totesport/betway.

Sunnuas best form has been mainly on good or sifter ground, again as long as the forecat rain hits the track then looks well handicapped
won off 76 at chester last season on very soft ground and ran some respectable races a 6th off 80 at catterick staying on over 7fs.Hasn't shown much since although ran ok at ponte 5th off 75 tomorrow gets ti run off just 69 but claimer takes off another 7 puind. If there's some cut in the griound then those chances improve..

Try another of these ew thieving bets, had no luck whatsoever with them lately, again based on gd/gdsft ground

    Ayr 5.55

    Born to be alive 4/6 365/skybet/betbright Lamloom 9/4 365/victor

Both have obvious solid form in maidens on good and softer ground..

    Windsor 6.10

    Dirchill 4/5 365/victor

The running theme will be the ground,as said its gd/fm at Windsor rain exoected he ran on near heavy ground at Donny the time looked ok as well was as quick as the class 4 handicap there,he's 4/5 because of present ground as long as softens then will shorten

    6.40

    Steaming 4/7 365/skybet Mancini 6/1 365

Put steaming up last time out that was on softer ground as well although he probably doesn't need it softer based on his wolves run and mancini is a strange one either that maiden it ran in at lingfield was very strong or very weak field were close up and he was staying on but time was faster than both handivaps on the card. That run was on softer side of good as well..

    Thirsk 3.0

    Tonto's spirit 11/4 365/betfred/totesport

Think this ones chances definitely reflected in ground been an improving hurdler for ken slack rated 127 obly rated 48 on the turf and had few opportunitys but did beat surround sound in tomorrows race last season, his hurdle rating has improved with soft and heavy ground, his chances look to improve with very soft ground.Wouldn't surprise me if went off in front and traded really low especioally if desperate ground as a lot of these look suspect stayers..

    3/1 365/hills/victor/sjames/sportingbet/sportsbook 7/2 betfred/totesport..

If the ground doesn't change as is forecast then obviously the bets will probably be no good so keep stakes small ,every meeting needs to be gd/gdsft hopefully the fiorecasts are right for once..you could wait till tomorrow just checked and non of them are shortening and unlikely to unless the ground changes. Will be very disappointing if rain doesn't arrive at the meetings...

Horses declared on faster ground for today, it was always going to end in carnage. 7 non runners today in the 5.20 Yarmouth. I backed Always Thankful at 11/1. With the rule 4s I'm guessing I'll owe my bookmaker money...

A dull bet but desperate conditions everywhere for a little interest, harlequin rock ran nice race decent place will settle for it..

    2Xew Yankees

    Kempton 6.55

    Khitaamy 5/2 365/skybet/lads/corals/totesport/victor/betfred/sportsbook 11/4 sportingbet/victor/hills

Khitaamy decent 2nd on debut time at notts looked quite decent although onto the aw at Kempton now,the winner of the nitts maiden has since won again off 80 wasn't much of a race just looks obvious pick for the frame with the haggas newcomer and SBS runner you'd probably expect one would be better but on the place side of bet looks ok..

    Wolves 4.55

    Getna 11/8 365 6/4 ppower/skybet/corals 13/8 lads/victor/hills Angels quest 2/1 365/betstars/victor

Getna this morning 2/1 corals/blacktype and Angels quest 11/4 365/victor/lads

Getna and angels quest contested a maiden in October over 7fs on debut time was pretty decent for debut runs but they havn't really imprived from those debut runs you could say disappointing on other runs, they come back to that trip tomorrow they could still be 80 horses so on what little forms been seen they look the two to beat..

    3.50

    Viewpoint evens ppower/sportsbook/lads/totesport/victor/betfred/skybet

It's hard to know how much ability viewpoint retains as now running in these claimers, was 4th to perfect cracker last season in a very decent handicap over the extended mile here so far this season has been running in these very poor races and not attempting handicaos so couldn't be over confident, but if the horse does retain that ability this is another that could easily go off 2s on..so could be another decent trade

    6.35 ripon

    Another batt 4/5 365 8/13 skybet/betfred/victor/lads/corals/betstars/

Another batt has run twice at the Curragh and navan probably slightly above average maiden races and is probably one for nurserys, something in here will probably have to run to 85 on debut so certainly not unbeatable but sets decent standard as long as goes on ground and track. The bettibg wil be very interesting as two nrewcomers in the race, this could go off some crazy price in what could be desperate conditons so maybe overbert, certainly wouldn't surprise to see 1/3 so could stll be a nice trade presuming others don't get bet.

    Royal hunt cup

Turning into a bit of a cliff horse donncha but bar its last run it's still hard to knock the horse mark hasn't moved hardly at all in last dozen runs and has been unlucky in a quarter of those, there are obvious improvers in the race fastnet tempest and banksea and George william he finished behind those three at newbury but only a couple of lengths and is weighted to finish upsiode them again. His last run over the c/d at ascot was in the balmoral handicap in October coming what looked with a winning run and completekly stopped in run finished behind afjaan and morando also running in the hunt cup all these five are infront of him in the betting and although a couple are open to more progress he's 2 1/2 times the price he was in the balmoral. He's hardly run a bad race at the track over 7fs and a mile the only negative I can see is soft ground he appears not to stay the mile to run to his best on that ground anything else should be fine...Might add another yet when I have a better look at the race, can't really see donncha going off 25/1 although I don't think he will contract as he normally does as this does look a slightly better race but still can't see him being bigger than 14/1-16/1 tops

Are you putting York down to the ground? So many horses have left the York form behind them on better ground.

Was hoping that was going to be a good excuse but checking the times it appears it wasn't sot it was just good ground wasn't far outside standard, although smullen rode it so perhaps not knowing the horse didn't help/

Have seen nothing lately, weathers like autumn throwing up strange results, just having a small interest on an ew lucky could just do an ew yank not much value in the prices although they coul all run well and even at these prices they could still be ok for free bets and trading..

    Goodwood 2.0

    Lightening spirit 7/4 365/ppower/sportsbook

Think this is ooing to be agood maiden lightening spirit ran the fastest race on the card at sailsbury on soft ground with 6ls back to the third impossible to say 7/4 is value with some lightly raced ones looking for this trip, but as long as the ground stays gd/sft at goodwood would be the safest option in the race..

    4.45

    Meldburn dream 5/1 365/sportsbook/victor

Meldburn dreams price is a bit disappointing probably because de sousa rides and strictly on the run over this c/d with the The warrior behind gossiping cannot win,the warrior unlucky 3rd and meldburn dream 6th tried to make all The warrior beat it 3ls and unlucky loser that race for horses rated upto a 100.Was expecting the warrior to be a lot shorter in tomorrows race, currently 7/2 if the ground was gd or better think that would look fair value, but if the ground forecast is right then currently gd/sft the warrior has no recent form on it,meldburn drae does like soft ground and is off lowest winning mark.Still think the prices are skinny in this grade, although there must be a very good chance he will lead and could trade low on a track that suits pace horses...
The warrior out to 9/2 now even if the ground is on the slow side at least trade wise would be amazed if this went off bigger than 3/1 with the grade races it's been running in should be something nice in those prices at 9/2 and 4/1 for at worst trading, still a possibility it could be heavily backed..Has drifted again not sure what's going on with this unless like I said the grounds huge negative have taken 6/1 and 13/2 and hopefully get a little free bet just incase..

    Nottingham 4.05

    Uae Queen 3/1 365/victor/lads

Another maiden that could be decent Uae ran in a decent time on debut when running at redcar finishing 2nd,although the form does look a little dubious with first 5/6 finishing within 4-5ls of each other so might not be as good as first appears.Completey different ground tomorrow as well, but any improvement on top of that run and if goes on surface could well be in excess of 85+ then should run well, betting wil be interesting as if it is a negative on ground or a positive must be refledcted in the market

    5.10

    Indian chief 8/1 ppower/sportsbook

Indian chief previously with dandy nicholls till last season now with Rebecca bastiman she got him to win 2 out his 3 lifetime wins last season although those were off lifetike low marks of 65 and 71 both were on soft ground and the last one ws over c/d winning by 7ls although was a poor race.Didn't have much chance after that running back up to those previous losing marks and this season bee getting miles behind on ground faster than suits, tomorrow back on softer ground and drops a couple of grades one pound above the win last year whe winning by 6ls.Would have decent chane if the horse os spot on and I would think reflected in betting although stablr don't have many winners and jock on cold streak, alternatovely stoneboat bill and angelical if it doesn't run well..

    Under the covers

A strange maiden with the over rated 80 rated 3yr old in 2nd and the 66 rated 4yr old winning the race by 3ls,the interesting thing is what will the handicapper do after him beating a dodgepot over rated runner it's worth keeping an eye out as he may just get this wtong. This could be reflected in the time, this maiden .10 quicker than the previous 0-80 handicap won by 76 rated improving 3yr old carrying 8-11 66 rated under the covers carried 9-8 and running quicker if you take the 2nd and 3rd from the handicap and their marks and weights you could come up with a mark of 80 for a horse rated 66.Then there could still be more improvement to come on top of that run as well,i think the handicapper will put him up to 75 maximum as the form looks dubious but the clock says it isn't,ron harris has had progressive sprinters so this is worth keeping an eye on new mark with just the five lifetime runs...

    Put's him on a mark of 75

    Daisy boy 8/1 hills/betfred/totesport/lads/marathonbet/corals

Daisy boy hasn't had a very convinicing profile recently and hasn't won on the turf since july 2015 off 70 over tomorrows trip of 1m2fs,hasn't even placed on the turf since September 2015 either has been running over this trip and up to 2 mile almost looking tripless although did win off 77 at Chelmsford janl 2016 over 1m5 1/2fs and then april 2016 off 77 that was a better race than tomorrows but was on the aw.Nearly leads all it's races run ok in February on the aw again when 6th of 12 to persun off 78,so maybe an angle in running although megalalas in the race so may just let that one go on,it's difficult to be overly positive with lack of recent tuf form but the races have been better class than than the one tomorrow contesting, a mark of 71 and 3 pound claim puts it on lowest mark since September 2014.It looks like a horse that's going to get bet to me,not necessarily stable money as i'm sure they couldn't be over cobfident the trips it's been over it just looks quite a weak race so hopefully will be a decent trade, the main reason for doing it and the fact will be up with the pace.
There is a possibility this could go off half its current price of 8/1 any stable confidence will shorten it as from the Williams stable and punters usually follow them blind so hopefully will be decent for trading at worst and maybe a little in running..Ghinia is the obvious form pick coming from a slightly better race than this last time out, hasn't won over this trip but along with daisy boy the class horse in the race,if daisy boy shows nothing then likeliest winner..

Race run exactly as I predicted trades at 2.02 nice little race to bet in as I said knew he would megalala go one so worjed out perfect..

Dance diva looked to run a decent time at redcar, running same time as kaeso on same card although kaeso was only rated 62 in the 3yr old handicap kaesos won again is now rated 72 and dance divas time was only debut run so could well be a 90 horse. The second Miss d won yesterday, the ground will be diferent soft but being put of mayson should be ok and looks obvious pick in race with potential improvement..

One minute looked quite decent on debut running at lingfield on the turf, time of the race looked decent for first run only .67 slower than edward lewis winning the older handicap off 96 could again be a 90+ horse at least, bit surprised not to see it entered at ascot perhaps it will prove that its not as good ass debut runs suggests. The 2 yr olds have looked a very weak bunch this season the ascot races looki impossible with nothing great on the clock so will be interesting to see if there's one as good as clock suggested on debut..some interesting trainers in this race and i'm slightly suspicious he hasn't got this entered in something decent but if the others are no good this could go off 1/4-1/5

Tyrsals going to go off a short price again, you wouldn't be over confident as steps up in trip tomorrow 1m2 looks its trip but they've taken the risk, running back over this trip of 1m3 1/2furlongs ran over the c/d at its favourite track last time out coming 2nd in a race for horses rated upto 70.This is a big drop in class a very poor race zubaidhs improving and looks the obvious danger last twi wuns over this trip, may lead and try and test tyrsal out hopefully the ground will be quick and might just giove tyrsal the edge as usually runs well on quicker ground on this track, won by 4ls last august off this same mark.

Master archer four runner maiden last rrun was first time in a handicaop off 77 when fourth behind eldritch probably an average handicap, looks the obvious pick on form so far but there are lots of lightly raced runners in this race so could could be half decent race, for an aw maiden could be very informative..

Will add in my to follows horse Sparkalot when it won over 6fs here back in april I did say the timemay have flattered him and the form didn't really work out,but he ran a perfectly respectable race for horses rated upto 90 at wndsor although tomorrow steps up I trip to 7fs which is the ?.
Out of bated breah I will gove him a chance of just a mark of 75 there should be more races in him,may not be this one if doesn't stay but is only runner with track form ad hopefuly will place at worst..He may trade exceptionall low in running based on hios win here and maybe the last furlong get collared so maybe one for in running...

    Sparkalot 7/2 365

    Queen mary 8/1 hills Heartache

Havn't seen much this season from the 2yr olds I usually have a bet on by now in the Coventry, queen mary and Albany but times wise nothing special I have seen compare to previous years and the ones I have seen have been on slower ground,it looks like being quick ground next week at ascot and as I noted two clive cox runners at bath on fast ground
couple of weeks ago then mayu as well back the filly. On debut at bath she won her 5f race by 6ls the time of the race was fast by .93,that time compared favourably with the 0-75 on the card actually quicker than those horses on a debut run which is quite rare doesn't really point to her winning a queen mary but improvement on top,she looks well above average and would be easy to give her a rating of 100+.Most years I probably wouldn't have backed her as there would've been half a dozen like this but as she's one the few runners that's run on really quick ground then will have a bet, lesley ward heads the market he could clean up this year unless our runners have come on loads for their previous ryuns...

    Heartache 8/1 hills..
