Some quotes from WPM"Annie Power could run at Punchestown. We step up work in the next couple of weeks."Min is just OK, Annie is in better order."on Yorkhill - "That he can jump around Cheltenham and that his pedigree is a real old-fashioned chasing one would tell me the progression would be the Gold Cup on that performance.

Empire of Dirt 12/1 for the Punchestown Gold Cup with Skybet, Powers and BF Sportsbook.

    This price cannot last.

Yep......DG just confirmed the same, Tony.

I have taken 4's (to not a great deal) on Betfair, then more at 7/2 elsewhere, for the Aintree race. Absolutely convinced there is a G1 race in this horse at 3m.

Gold cup or he won't go at all.
But we'll leave him in the Ryanair until the Thursday just in case he's not showing us anything.

No surprise, and the right decision.

A seven-race season for a juvenile is plenty.

Any reason given for Bellshill not running.

As a Melon Champion Hurdle backer I want an impressive performance, the last thing needed is for them to think Yorkhill is their number 1 CH contender.

I'm on Outlander at 14s and 16s for the Gold Cup but am starting to warm to Djakadam at around burlington. The last time he skipped Aintree he actually ran ok behind Don Cossack in this. Ultimately there is little between the front 4 on ratings and the prices are incorrect - John and Coneygree are too short, Jack and Outlander too big.
