In an attempt to make this an annual event I shall have my travel mug engraved and put it forward as a trophy for 2018 along with a Club Enclosure ticket for Champions Day at Festival 2018 to enable a proper presentation of same trophy outside Mandarin bar where we gathered this year.
With a little luck we shall all be alive and well and the winner be able to travel to collect same.... especially for an capall i shall include a box of Barry's Classic Blend tea bags in the prize seeing as he so enamoured when i produced same at the BYO restaurant on Thursday night; thanks for paying the corkage by the way !

Trophy has been sourced and gone for engraving; it is a decorative hip flask sourced at Galway Festival.
Henceforth it shall be known as the "Talking Horses Tjukurrpa Trophy ".
Speaking to Art at the weekend running the Semi Finals and Final over the new Leopardstown February Festival weekend (Irish Champion Hurdle and Gold Cup) may be a nice way to make an event of the weekend; giving folk a chance to meet up and enjoy the fare in true GWD style.
