    Wi-Fi IPhone issues

For the last week I've been unable to pick out Wi-Fi in my bedroom and it's starting to wreck my head. The router is down a hall in the front room about 30ft away. I've never had any trouble with it before and I can pick it up half way up the hall around 20ft away. I've reset my phone settings and reset the router to factory settings and tried changing the channels etc. I'm out of ideas to why this is happening. Any clues?

Have you introduced something new to the house that broadcasts on the same frequency (2.4ghz) as the router which is causing interference?

Switch it off and switch it back on again -the favoured response of I.T. people worldwide.

My wifi is working brilliantly, possibly better than ever. No issues at all thank God.

Just checked and mine is still ok. Full bars. Awesome service. Well done Eircom, think that has to be said.

I'm back in action with a single bar after changing the channel on the router. I had previously done this but apparently all channels have different performance levels.

Maybe next door installed a new router on the same channel that screwed your signal up? Does del boy live next door to you by any chance?

Gone again. Flicking up through the channels. One as bad as the next.
