Most of the better class races there's simply no value, although I always put up some ante post bets every season Queen mary winner Heartache 20/1,Royal hunt cup Zhui feng 33/1 Harrys angel 10/1 this season and I havn't had many bets antepost wise so on a great run.Always worth having a bet in the big handicaps as long as you can be certain of the ground,i spend more time now looking at the precise times to consider having a bet now or likelihood of ground, just so many meetings now where the goings totally wrong and even after the meetings not corrected.Punters are left scratching their heads,if only thety knew the truth of what ground they were betting on if you see the word ''good'' in the description completely avoid especially when waterings involved..

Zilch value around tomorrow again, small multiple bets ew trixies might add something else yet for ew yankees

    Windsor 6.50

    Running cloud 7/4 365/betfred/totesport/skybet/corals 13/8 ppower/sportsbook

Betting will be interesting in this race on debut the Johnston Houghton horse won over 6fs at wolves in 1m13.63 a very good time for a 2 yr old debut, thought it would be entered at ascot ran in a conditions race at sailsbury and never figured, went off 6/4 that day so wasn't particularly fancied either, whether that was ground or simply hasn't progressed then tomorrows betting will probably reflect that.It maybe it's simply an aw horse,if that's the case and bombs out tomorrow I don't think will be seen again on the turf,i could easily see this being an 85+ horse on the aw probably better than that.I would imagine if ground is quick by tomorrow night is what stable are reluying on as certainly didn't like the soft at sailsbury..

    7.20

    Dark shot 7/4 365/sportsbook/ppower

Dark shot was an unlucky second in the dash at Epsom, but beaten twice over 6fs since and although appears to be better than these on that one run has been beaten here in similar races in the past over 5fs off lower mark, the prices are short enough infact I wouldn't be surprised if drifted as coming from the 8 draw is a negative as well.I think the ground will be the biggest factor,if it's rattling then will be in dark shots favour as the times he has got beat although ground has been forecast as gd/fm has been nearer good as when got beat over this c/d,there's a possibility it could be pretty quick tomorrow if no rain or watering..

    7.50

    Blushing rose 11/4 ppower/sportsbook Angels quest 11/4 ppower/skybet/betfred/totesport

Angels quest and blushing riose both have solid looking form Angels quest 2nd last time out at Newmarket time looked ok only had four runs
similarly Blushing rose 5th on seasonal debut at sandown just behind recent Windsor winner intrepidly won a better race than this and Doctor Julius no runner up on Saturday in decent race.Open to improvement still after running 4th at Chelmsford, was way to far back to get involved in that race.As long as the grounds quick same applys for dark shot in the sprint they look the two to beat..

    Plus ew Yankees

    Wolves 6.40

    Desert rain 10/30 lads 11/4 365/victor/ppower/skybet Samamardi 10/30 365

Desert rain I put on to follows after running 2nd to sparkalot on debut at Kempton in what appeared a quicjk time,i did say the times may have flatered them but the winners won again while desert rain has disappointed in the turf.I also think those weren't great races and he looks unlikely to be much good on that surface, tomorrow runs on tapeta a bit to prove now has forst time visor and talking on older horses his mark could be decent if he acts on surface.Similarly the other 3yr old Samamardi beat a couple with previous experience and time seemed good for a debut run compared favourably with other handicap, but there is a ? on the surface an opening mark of 75 is probably lenient it's a case iof whether that will be on the aw or back on turf..

Well done Gigs, I was also on at 10/1 straight after the Commonwealth. I actually was having a debate with a few guys on Facebook who are basically calling me mental for suggesting that the watering had any effect on the ground at Ascot and that if anything, the ground would have been softer yesterday. Is there any evidence online anywhere to back up these claims? Trainer/jockey quotes etc? I've been looking but can't find any.

When Harrys angel ran at Ascot the time of that 6f race was slow by 1.09 as opposed to the tin mans win following daty fast by .38 that's how much difference the wateruing had made you opnly have to look at the results earlier in the week at ascot to see how much effect it had on the ground and the draw. The ground would've been like lightening but there was on and off rain all morning at Newmarket yesterday, the 6f handicap and 2yr old group races were far quicker the two previous days and the 7f handicap,so the rain had got into the ground yesterday..probably nearer gd/gd/fm.Certainly wasn't in harrys angel favour anyway, but wasn't as bad as ascot..

Unfortunately shafted by the ground at Windsor no one says anything either was gd/fm this morning allegedly was obvious after that 3rd race visually just look at the time the last maiden was won by 3 1/2ls and slow by over 3 strung out like washing visually looks like gd/sft makes absolutely no sense to me,no mention of watering or rain doesn't take a genius to see that's not gd/fm disgrace it ois..Thankfully I can rely on the aw,infuriating it is how can they get away with giving out forecast grounds like that..

GM Hopkins has come the weights slightly exposed to any improvers but has run ok the last twice running on well in the hunt cup when 7th of 29
the problem has become rearing at beginning of the races and loing from the break, anything like that at sandown will have very little chance of winning. Was rated 114 last season,is rated 104 now coming diw n to 104, 1 pound above his last handicap win at goodwood in 2015 could easily run well if not missing the break..
Master the world was also in the hunt cup, finished just behind GM Hopkins and although wasn't as eyecatching he had to come from the 8 draw, was big advantage to be stands side only horse to be drawn in single figures in first 9 and that was off 105,tomorrow off 103 and with claim of 5 lowest mark since September 2015.Again another poor draw in 12 so a lot to aak but at least looks in decent form and decent mark was 2nd at goodwood last season in a big handicap off 104 so has some sort of chance of hitting the frame but will need some luck, has only ever won three races and the last was 2 seasons ago...

    Royal hunt cup

Turning into a bit of a cliff horse donncha but bar its last run it's still hard to knock the horse mark hasn't moved hardly at all in last dozen runs and has been unlucky in a quarter of those, there are obvious improvers in the race fastnet tempest and banksea and George william he finished behind those three at newbury but only a couple of lengths and is weighted to finish upsiode them again. His last run over the c/d at ascot was in the balmoral handicap in October coming what looked with a winning run and completekly stopped in run finished behind afjaan and morando also running in the hunt cup all these five are infront of him in the betting and although a couple are open to more progress he's 2 1/2 times the price he was in the balmoral. He's hardly run a bad race at the track over 7fs and a mile the only negative I can see is soft ground he appears not to stay the mile to run to his best on that ground anything else should be fine...Might add another yet when I have a better look at the race, can't really see donncha going off 25/1 although I don't think he will contract as he normally does as this does look a slightly better race but still can't see him being bigger than 14/1-16/1 tops

    Donncha 25/1 skybet/hills/betfred/sportingbet/victor/totesport/lads/corals/betway
    Bunbury cup 25/1 365/victor Donncha

Am not very confident as the bunbury is only over 7fs,but they rarely win from the front in this race and he ran well over the mile in a listed race behind Estidhkaar over the mile on the track didn't run in the hunt cup so still has bit to prove after the last run at York, although previous to that had never run a bad race in what were very competitive handicaps.Again afjaan, george William and fastnet tempest run horses he has form with and closely matched on newbury form and ascot form, the 7f might be too short although does have a good record over the trip but they were far weaker races but had won 3/5 runs and the other two ran respectably. He's never gone off bigger than 10/1 in last ten runs and has never gone off bigger than 20/1 last time that happened was 4th of 20 in june 2015,he's probably going to go off 14/1 -16/1 tops and worth a small bet

Betfred mile Donncha 33/1 lads Master of the world 25/1 victor

This season has seen all the big handicaps won by exposed horses and donnchas form has fitted in with a lot of the winners and placed horses, his run in the lincoln with bravery and zhui feng behind and the newbury form with George William and fastnet tempest and blair house and although has disappointed last two runs the Newmarket run everything was against him trip, draw, ground. He was 3rd in this last season of 100 now down to 97,as long as grounds not to quick or soft then should be fine, good ground is ideal and that's more than likely to be the case with over watering, master the worlds run also ties in with all these horses great run at ascot in hunt cup only low draw in first 10 and stopped in run and nice turn around in weights with zhui feng, blair house,.He was 2nd in this race last season 2ls infront of donncha off 104 is 2 pound worse off for 2ls, that form looked so strong in hunt cup and with gm Hopkins getting touched off from the hunt cup at sandown and although he rarely wins it looks like these races are there for the taking...Donnchas 33/1 with one firm, could be a forgottton horse and may see quite a few books at those prices master the world probably won't be bigger than 25/1 with that rock solid run,the fact they both were in the race last year handle the track makes them look worth having a couple of small interests...

One of the strangest rides I've seen in a long time,so bad you would think it couldn't possibly be deliberate but looking at iot several times there can be no excuse. On leaving the stalls after 50 yards jock was looking over his shoulder which seems strange on viewing as he'd already lost a few lengths,he then proceeded to drop drop him out further and even allowed officer in command to pass him so he could go on the rail and canter round.
The horse has only just joined the stable, probably unbackable after this run as it was so blatant pretty sure it will be a few runs before it's allowed to run its race as was noticed by everyone. One to keeop in notebook, probably around October...
BHA Investigating this 3years on they should've just read this looks like jock admitting it as well...

    Toni's a star 16/1 skybet/ppower/betfred/totesport

Put up toni's star a couple of time on yhe aw has been totally oput of form, has looked unbackable after those runs then returned to haydock running 3rd off 54 in a race for horses rated upto 70 had three last time out winnners in behind and archimdes in 5th won yesterday.Probably worth following for a few runs really wants a little bit of cut so ? there tomorrow as usual the going report dioesn't look to reliable, wouldv'e looked a huge price if this had been haydock as for some reason always seems to run well there over 5fs with a little cut. This is quite a drop in class from that last run,but has no Chepstow form and a jockey don't really know alice mills but off lowest ever mark 54 and won off 60 last season this is the right grade, really shouldn't be ggoing off bigger than 6-7/1 in this race if carrolls trying after that last run.Should be a decent trade even if doesn't handle the traxck and one to stick in horses to follow for haydock especially..Lucky clovers now hit form won off 58 twice last season is a c/d winner and was 3rd off 61 over c/d here lasty season, won last time out and this race looks very poor also ask the gurus just won at lingfield runner up to it at bath so looks very solid presuming grounds no slower than good..does stand out in the race just a pity price is so short plus as mentioned not quite sure what ground will be tomorrow.Hopefully will be on softer side and at least toni's a star should be well backed and at least be decent for trading..

Don't know what the hell is wrong with these going reports, chepstow was gd/gdsft most of today, this evening now changed to gd/gdfm they must just be making this stuff up ground doesn't change that much during aday thought there would be gd ground at Chepstow now looks like its goin to be fast unbelievable.Think I will have to stop betting for a few days till things get more accurate this is just puerile and a waste of energy..

Had some rain overnight, which as I suspected has made sure it's shortened up so nice trade in there free bet etc, pity there wasn't a bit more would shorten it up even more....

KKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAABBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM MMMM!!!! I really couldn't believe the pricest night, thought it wopuld open 6-7/1 only ? was the track that bit of rain came just in time, thought she's thrown the race away because I also did forecasts/tricasts with the 2nd and 3rd and as well unreal she drifts across the track and still wins what a touch!!!!Absolutely relentless this season!!!
