Except for them tipping sand-dancers; they're probably benders.

Sand-dancers have a belting 40k contest to contemplate today, while you'll have to be content playing with your Fairyhouse.

    Nice one, Benny.

A Faberge Egg with a turd in it, is still a Faberge Egg with a turd in it, rest.

While jump racing will always be my passion, a 3-1 winner on the AW pays exactly the same as a 3-1 winner at Cheltenham.

I've heard this argument before, but it obviously ignores the damage that AW betting inflicts on your cool.

I'm not naive enough to think I have any cool at the age of 34.

Just had a scan through today's cards an you'll be pleased to hear the bet that stands out is in the 4-miler at Hexham. Nothing remotely mincy about that. Outlaw Tom is the horse of interest.

Don't be daft, Benny. You're only just getting your 'cool' on, at age 34.

Can see why you fancy Captain Cat, bakdeagle, and he is a 5 time winner a today's distance. However, he's also lost plenty when faced with a stern enough test at the trip, and there looks bound to be a strong pace today.
I'll take him on with Prince's Trust whom I'm convinced is better than his current rating and likely to improve even further for the step back up in trip. The general 11/2 will do very nicely.

Disappointing run from Prince's Trust, though Captain Cat ran pretty much to expectations.
Nice profit for baldeagle on the day, anyway.

One to watch tomorrow at Market Rasen in 1:00 is Benevolent Each Way.
Benvolent is coming here after a break which looks needed, but his second to Sizing Rio in Ireland last season when giving Sizing Rio second pounds (that one later won a Group 3 chase) shows that Benevolent has a nice handicap chase in him. I feel the handicapper has given him a nice chance with a 5 pound drop, and although some lucky basterwards have taken the 25's a few hours ago I suppose he's still a decent price.

Lyfka out again today (5-10 K) but will be a skinny price. Anybody got anything to double it up with?

I've just gone for a large (for me at least) win bet at 11/10.

Hidden Cyclone 11/10 in the 12:55 Thurles should be a good thing.
Very well suited by race conditions and has won on his seasonal reappearance the past 3 years.

Hope you're wrong on the first one EC as I could do with Lyfka winning!
