I've done Ataglance in the Silver Trophy. Was nowhere in the Plate at the Festival but that was his first run since the December Gold Cup. When he was runner up to Present View the previous Fest he had had a tune up over hurdles the month before - I reckon he'll be primed for this today, ground is perfect, oppo looks very exposed. He's also had a couple of pounds snipped off.

9/2 for a horse that has not won in 3 years imo too short!

for me Caid Du Berlais @6's C&D winner, Nicholls & Twiston-davies records at Chelts a plus too.

Add to the list on an interesting day, Horseshoe Bay (1710 New) who finished superbly FTO in the Autumn, held up in rear and only grabbed 4th but impressively passed the rest of the field in that race - marked it in my card and been waiting for him to come out again. 12/1 with Moore on is interesting price

Different Gravey in the first at Ayr. Honestly thought this would be prohibitively short so very surprised to see evens available this morning.

I'm backing Ciao Cielo in the 3:25 at Newbury. The horse has a chance, the only thing that is annoying is I missed the big prices yesterday, 20's into 7's now.

Hollow Penny has a good chance if repeating his festival form in the 3.15 at Ayr

Indian Castle and Al Co in the big one (former had a great run behind TDN at Cheltenham)
Le Bacardy in the handicap chase at Ayr (won last year and yard in form)
Tiggy Wiggy at Newbury (won't have to stay properly to beat these)

Ruth Carr's horses have been in decent nick and, Meshardal and Exotic Guest have held there form well and should go close in the last 2 races at Thirsk.

I have tried to be clever in the big handicap at Newbury (3:25) by backing a horse with some good form in big handicaps who has dropped a bit in the ratings - Mister Music.

    GL Benny and Fonz.

I've backed Indian Castle as well; seemed to have lost his way but that run at Cheltenham was very promising. Had to back Lie Forrit as well, though, as didn't want to be cheering for another horse if he was in with a shout at the last.

I jotted down Mister Music in my note book after a promising run in the spring mile, I feel his sights should be set slightly lower but hopefully he will go close for you Marb.

Thanks Fonz. If I get it up win or e/w I plan to back yours at Thirsk for a right old laugh, so no pressure!
